At Quiet Fits, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please read our policy carefully:
Order Issues & Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We’ll work with on it to replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
Returns & Exchanges
- Since all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
- Please double-check the size guide and product details before purchasing.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we have the updated address.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Refunds are only issued for damaged, misprinted, defective, or lost items.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
